For the last few years, we are facing energy crisis that is deepening day by day with no sign of a silver lining. We are living through 14 hours of power cuts a day, this dry season. According to Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), the power cuts may increase to 18 hours a day in the next dry season. Furthermore, NEA is claiming that it is losing Rs 5 billion a year.
