Jahangirnagar University, the only residential university of the country, where students are in constant crises like load-shedding and water scarcity, and it is hampering their academic and extra-curricular activities.

Campus sources said that almost every department's final examinations are knocking at the door but power supply remains absent for long periods at night.

Joni Alam, a 2nd year student of Mathematics, claimed students of the science faculties are suffering most and facing problem in laboratory work due to frequent power crisis.
