The Durbar Celebration for Paramount Chiefs has been marred with several unfortunate scenarios including fuel shortage and electricity outage (blackout) in the Bo city where the occasion is expected to be held today Tuesday 19th April 2011, reports monitored from the southern city indicate.

For the past two-days, the Awareness Times phone lines have been inundated with telephone calls from the southern city, complaining the unhealthy scenes of long vehicle and human queues across the city seeking fuel supply.
